Practice Areas – Mr. Garcia is a partner and co-founder of the Firm. An experienced litigator, Mr. Garcia has represented clients at all stages of trials, appeals, and arbitrations. His diverse areas of practice include commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, international investigations and litigation, and brand-management counseling and trademark litigation. Mr. Garcia frequently advises and counsels Firm clients on employment matters, disputes involving partnerships and closely-held corporations, and executive compensation. Mr. Garcia also leads the Firm's Latin American practice, representing clients in commercial matters and internal investigations in Central American and Southern Cone countries. A fluent Spanish speaker, Mr. Garcia has led anti-fraud and corruption efforts for public-sector entities throughout the continent. He also has substantial experience in international litigation and arbitration for U.S. corporations with Latin American interests.

Mr. Garcia is admitted to practice in numerous federal courts across the country and is a member of the bars of the State of Texas, Washington, D.C., and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Background – After graduating from Columbia University, Mr. Garcia attended the University of Texas School of Law where he graduated with honors. Previously, Mr. Garcia practiced at Williams & Connolly LLP, in Washington, D.C.
