Biography
Mr. Lewiston is an associate at the firm. His practice includes civil litigation, governmental and internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. He has represented clients in investigations and enforcement matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, the World Bank, and other investigative agencies related to allegations of financial fraud and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He also represents clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Education
Mr. Lewiston received his J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Executive Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal's Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. While in law school, he interned with the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Princeton University.
Prior to joining Aegis Law Group, Mr. Lewiston clerked for Judge James Gritzner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He was previously an associate at Paul Hastings LLP, where he represented clients in international investigations.
