Biography

Ms. Jogerst is an associate at the firm.  Her practice includes civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense.  Ms. Jogerst has represented clients in federal and state courts, and has advised clients under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and other federal agencies.

Prior to joining Aegis, Ms. Jogerst was an associate at Manatt, Phelps, & Phillips where she represented clients in commercial disputes in courts across the country.  She has also conducted internal investigations in response to governmental inquiries.

Ms. Jogerst received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.  While in law school, she second chaired felony jury and bench trials in Virginia Circuit Court as part of the Prosecution Clinic and interned at the Department of Justice in its National Courts Section.  Ms. Jogerst graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
